SIA planning new dates for on-snow demo day
The weekend following Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show is not viable, so SIA is polling attendees about three other sets of dates.

Snowsports Industries America (SIA) wants to know from suppliers, retailers, media, and other attendees the next best dates for on-snow demo dates in 2019.
Traditionally, the demo day is held the two days immediately following the Snow Show. But because the newly-combined Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show now ends on a Friday, leaving the weekend for the demo days, SIA has come up with three other options:
- Sunday, Feb. 3 and Monday, Feb. 4
- Monday, Feb. 4 and Tuesday, Feb. 5
- Monday, Jan. 28 and Tuesday, Jan. 29 (before the show, the same day as the Winter Sports Market show)
“With the Outdoor Retailer + Snow Show closing on Friday, February 1 at 6 p.m. and with the weekends being the busiest time for ski resorts, it will not be possible to host the normal SIA/WWSRA National On-Snow Demo on the days immediately following the show,” wrote SIA.
