Arc'Teryx presents its Agency of the Year Award

CANADA — At its recent sales meeting, Arc’Teryx held a brief awards ceremony and presented the Outdoor Resource Group with its annual Agency of the Year award — an engraved and polished slab of rock. The New Paltz, N.Y.-based, agency of Russ Raffa, Holly Booth, and Sven Sheirs far exceeded expectations in efforts to grow their territory, earning them the honors according to VP of Sales and Marketing Bob Holding “The nominating criteria was based on actual sales growth in each territory, the most innovative merchandising efforts, retail problem solving, and the positive feedback we received from our retailers,” Holding added.
