Collins is an award-winning artist and storyteller. And Thrasher is a veteran outdoor designer. Before Meridian Line, Collins worked as a full-time artist, filmmaker, and sponsored climber. In 2015, he was awarded one of the prestigious Outdoor Inspiration Awards. And Thrasher led product design at some of the top outdoor clothing manufacturers in the industry.

They started Meridian Line humbly with just graphic T-shirts and hats based on Collins’ illustrations. But the business quickly grew into a nationally distributed lifestyle brand that uses sustainable sources and infuses artwork, adventure, and storytelling. Last year, Collins invited Thrasher to join him to set a new course for Meridian Line—one that would allow the brand to significantly expand into adventure-inspired lifestyle clothing and beyond.

After more than a year of development, they plan to unveil their full men’s apparel line this coming fall—with a women’s line slated for Spring 2019—led by the recent crowdfunding success of their new Momentum Denim jean collection. Inspired by the roots in the climbing community, they made a pair of pants that we’d wear in any setting, but met the functional demands of a rock climber. Collins and Thrasher launched the jeans over Kickstarter earlier this month and have been blown away by the result; more than $300,000 worth of pants and accessories were pre-sold in the company’s inaugural crowdfunding campaign.

The products are sustainably sourced, organic, and responsibly made. The pair believes in the power of storytelling and art, and that when brought together with great product design, they can accomplish a lot more than a typical clothing company. They have much more to come and couldn’t be more excited to begin this journey with their unbeatable team.

Time is running out for you to snag a pair for up to 30 percent off retail.
