At Outdoor Retailer Winter Market, analysts from the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) will tour the trade show floor to meet with manufacturers to discuss performance outerwear apparel on Sunday, Jan. 28. Between 10 a.m. and noon, the ITC is conducting a comprehensive study of these products and the analysts are attending the show to better understand the specialty features, fabrics and construction of performance apparel to inform their study.
