As further proof of the outdoor and fitness industries needing and using each other, the cover story in the latest newsletter by the American Council on Exercise for certified instructors (ACE Certified News, Dec.-Jan. 2002 issue) is about how the body responds to a cold environment, including tips on how to dress, with mention of Gore-Tex fabric as an ideal outer layer (Obviously, we aren't talking about indoor gyms here).
