Global Sports reported a 100-percent increase of 3Q net revenues, from $18.1 million compared to $9 million in 3Q 2000. Global projects that it will exceed $100 million in net revenue for the entire year of 2001 and that its gross margin will be between 33 percent and 33.5 percent. Global currently has strategic partnerships to develop or operate e-tail sites with Blades Sport and Skate, Olympia Sports, The Sports Authority, the Denver Broncos, Kmart, Modell’s Sporting Goods, the San Diego Chargers, the LPGA pro shop, City Sports, and Pro Golf International. Global also owns and operates Fogdog.com.
