Did you hear?… Marin Mountain Bikes changes name to Marin Bikes

Marin Mountain Bikes is changing its name to Marin Bikes to better reflect the company’s continuing evolution and a more diverse product offering for 2003. In support of the name change, Marin Bikes is launching a new marketing campaign at Interbike 2002. Marin will unveil a new logo that will be featured in the company’s redesigned booth, a national print ad campaign, web site, hang tags, bike decals and P.O.P program. Marin is also offering retailers a new competitive sales program that maximizes incentives and discounts. Marin’s new campaign will feature the tag line, “Do the Math,” which emphasizes the value derived from Marin’s 2003 expanded road product line as well as the quadratic equation for the new Quad full suspension technology. The ads will run in consumer and trade cycling publications beginning in September.
