New England Overshoe Company Inc. (NEOS) is back in the hands of Scott Hardy, the company’s inventor and founder following three years of ownership by Quabaug Corporation, the exclusive U.S. manufacturer of Vibram soles. NEOS will continue to be available through its established retail base, which includes nationwide retailers such as L.L. Bean, REI, Allen Edmunds, and Galyan’s Trading Company. Hardy has already completed a seamless transfer of operations back to NEOS’ home in Vermont. NEOS has also strategically partnered with Karhu USA to carry out distribution and customer service. Other key NEOS personnel includes John Siminger as inside Sales Manager, who will continue to support dealers as he has done for the past six years.
