Did you hear?… New president of Arc'teryx spotted in Munich

Arriving in the airport in Munich, Germay, for the ispo trade fair, SNEWS® spied a thin bearded man with an Arc’teryx jacket, and an Arc’teryx daypack, who then claimed an Arc’teryx duffle from baggage. Oh, hi, Tom! As in Tom Herbst, newly named president of Arc’teryx. Herbst was still sleep-deprived since he’d zipped from Vancouver for the first day of the SIA show in Las Vegas, then flown home, only to head to the airport the next morning for the trans-Atlantic flight to Germany. Nevertheless, he managed to show at a small party on Friday night at the offices of Sport Biz magazine where he chowed on chili, ooo’ing and aaah’ing about how good it was – until he splashed some on his orange shirt. At least it matched.
