The Outdoor Industry Women’s Council (OIWC) ChillFest has been reenergized and is returning to the Wasatch range in Utah immediately following the Outdoor Retailer Summer Market in August. Neidi Cooley, OIWC board member, told us that anyone who is interested in attending should set aside Sunday evening through Tuesday afternoon, August 11 – 13 for “some chill and cheer at the Wasatch Mountain Club Lodge in Big Cottonwood Canyon.” “‘Renewal’ will be the theme for this summer’s retreat,” according to Cooley, “which will give plenty of opportunities to renew OIWC friendships and to remind everyone why they are in the outdoor industry. Folks interested in attending need to register and you can find a registration form at the OIWC website — www.oiwc.org.
