Peter Downing, a former marketing consultant and event director and Dave Claflin, former marketing director for Eagle Creek, have launched a new company, Spark Communications, and will offer the following creative services: advertising, collateral materials, consumer and dealer catalogs, and packaging, as well as sales training and human resource programs. The company will work in all forms of media — print, web and video. In addition, utilizing the experience of its two partners, Spark will focus on guerrilla marketing.
