Tao Berman, three-time paddling world record holder and U.S. Kayaking Freestyle Team member, has joined Team D (Team Dagger). His first competition will be the U.S. Freestyle Kayak Team Trials at Rock Island, Tennessee on March 26. Berman, 22, has logged over 40 first descents in the Western Hemisphere. He holds the Guinness-recognized world record for running a waterfall (98.4 ft or 30 meters) and he holds the unofficial world record for the second biggest waterfall and is a member of the U.S. Freestyle Kayak Team.
