Did you hear?… TNF lays off 12 employees

Representatives of The North Face contacted SNEWS® to say the company has laid off 12 employees as part of a reorganization. The layoffs are spread among the marketing, customer service, and finance departments. TNF was quick to state that the layoffs have nothing to do with any impact from Sept. 11 or with the current economic climate, but rather come as a result of the company refocusing on developing product technologies and expanding the R&D department.
