Everlast Worldwide Inc. (Nasdaq: EVST) has signed yet another licensee — its 33rd in the past two years. Terrastar International Inc. has the license for Everlast’s large exercise equipment in the United States. Terrastar of North Logan, Utah, will produce and market multi-gyms, free weights, weight-lifting benches, lifting bars, and aerobic equipment including steppers, treadmills, stationary bikes, elliptical trainers, and rowers. Everlast says this line of equipment complements Everlast’s existing boxing equipment, as well as the small hand-held exercise equipment licensed by Sports and Leisure Technologies. Everlast’s large exercise and aerobic equipment will be available nationally in the second quarter of 2003.
