Producing a fedora required the age-old tradition of blocking hats using presses and molds and shaping material using heat and steam. After searching far and wide for an experienced, quality-driven hat manufactuer we found it in the United States. We have teamed up with one of the most established and well-respected of fedora hat manufacturers, a fourth-generation hatter using state-of-the-art equipment to produce our high quality, beautifully made Tilley Fedora. (P.S. It’s the first Tilley Hat made in U.S.A.)
