Lyon Alizna is now the national commercial sales manager for Avanti Fitness. Alizna has also moved to Australia where Avanti is based to be at the headquarters for the compact cardio gyms company. Alizna was formerly sales manager for TuffStuff…. Life Fitness has hired Mark McCleary as vice president, marketing and product management…. 2nd Wind Exercise has opened the first of its Chicago-area stores, opening the doors on seven on Aug. 1. The company plans to more than double that number by year’s end.
