Use on old garments to clean, and prior to re-applying restorative water proofing treatments. Traditional soaps and detergents often contain perfumes, bleaches and fabric softeners that leave water-attractive residues covering up the fabric’s water repellent finish. These residues are difficult to rinse off and cause the fabric to ‘wet out’ – which reduces breathability. Regular use of G-Wash HC Cleaner revives the performance of technical fabrics like Gore-Tex®, eVent®, Sympatex®, Precip®, Dry-Plus® and Helly-Tech®.
