Exhibitors at the Health & Fitness Business Expo in Denver in 2005 can look forward to lower labor and drayage fees due to discounts negotiated with GES Expositions by show-owner VNU. Discounts off 2004 rates will include 17 percent to 22 percent off material handling and drayage, 15 percent reduction on labor, 15 percent reduction on GES furnishings and booth carpet, the elimination of marshalling yard and weight certificate fees, a 200-pound minimum reduced to 100 pounds, and an extension of a discount deadline.

“The discounts in 2005 will make a big difference in the exhibiting costs without lowering GES high service standards, the working environment, or the overall Health & Fitness Business experience,” said Show Director Lance Camisasca.

The 2005 show will be Aug. 25-27, again at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver. More information is at www.healthandfitnessbiz.com.
