Lake of the Sky Outfitters is an outdoor gear and apparel store located in South Lake Tahoe, CA. We specialize in hiking, backpacking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. We carry brands that are new to the industry, such as Sherpa, Mile High Mountaineering, Loki. We pride ourselves in working with companies who manufacture their products from recycled or sustaintable products, and we support local non-profit organizations in our community by donating a percentage of our profits, as well as gear and apparel for special events. We encourage people to visit our “Basecamp” resource room where they can browse maps and trail guides, as well as the internet for trail information to plan their trips, and host special movie and other events to create a community of like-minded people.
