Did you hear?… Mike Hooks promoted to director of sales at Mad River Canoe

Confluence Watersports has promoted former East Coast regional sales manager Mike Hooks to the new position of director of sales at Mad River Canoe. It also named former Headwaters, Inc. president (later, an independent paddlesports business consultant) Buff Grubb, as Mad River Canoe and Voyaguer Accessories new brand manager. Grubb replaces the departing Gordon Colby who is moving to into the PFD business with MTI in Massachusetts. Grubb’s long career in paddlesports ironically started at Mad River years ago.
