Co-president to leave Timberland
In a filing with the SEC, Timberland (NYSE: TBL) reported that Eugene R. McCarthy, formerly co-president of the Timberland Brand, will leave the company on July 17. Details of the departure were not disclosed.
It noted that it will release the terms and conditions of the separation and any amounts payable to McCarthy after they have been agreed upon between the company and McCarthy.
