Honey Stinger is a well-known, tasty snack among outdoor enthusiasts from hikers to climbers to marathoners. The tasty waffles, bars and energy chews (and now honey) from the company are for everything from a laid-back breakfast with a cup of coffee to sustenance for a daylong run in the mountains.
But now the Steamboat Springs, Colo.-based company is venturing into the fitness market, most recently showing its wares at IHRSA in Las Vegas last month. SNEWS caught up with Honey Stinger’s key account representative Lauran Dodge who has worked with Honey Stinger since 2010.
She’s used Stinger produts to fuel her through her hobbies, which includes snowboarding and mountain biking.
“Living in a fantastic mountain town provides me with year round great options,” for activity, Dodge said.
