Who’s on the move: Ron Carringi at Johnson Health Tech, and Daina Carter at Vicore Fitness

• Johnson Health Tech, which recently acquired Magnum Fitness, recently announced Ron Carringiwould serve as the general manager of the manufacturing facility. Prior to this post, Carringi served as a director of engineering at JHT for nine years, and brings experience in managing strength manufacturing facilities to his new position.

• Vicore Fitness, which specializes in soft surface training, welcomed Daina Carter to the company as the public relations and event coordinator in June of 2012. To assist with Vicore’s rapid expansion, Carter will be heading efforts with media, event planning and trade show presentations. Vicore recruited Carter based on her 14 years in the retail and manufacturing sector. Carter has experience developing, managing and implementing public relations. Her background includes effectively boosting sales by personalizing procedures relevant to the needs of a diverse range of customers. Throughout her career she has served in many aspects of public relations with various companies. She has also managed redesigning and marketing of company websites and operational procedures. Her daily interaction with customers has provided the knowledge that is invaluable and has proven to be effective in revenue growth. As part of her responsibilities, Carter has attended multiple trade shows. Vicore plans to utilize her skills in future shows and with dealer and distributor support.
