For the last eight years, SNEWS has been publishing several magazines a year with in-depth stories, seasonal trends and product analysis. But that goldmine of information does not come up in our regular archive story search because of their format.
You may be missing out if you don’t take a look at the magazine archives, all on-line and at your fingertips. (Prior to our rebranding of the magazines to SNEWS in 2008, you will see they were called GearTrends. No worries: Same content, writers and insider analysis then and now, just two different names.)
>> The outdoor magazines, winter and summer, have published every year, covering hot topics of that year from soft shells to kayaks, snow sports to trail running, and backpacking to lifestyle apparel.
>> The fitness magazines published every summer through 2009, with industry trends, while the FitBiz supplement with our annual listing of top retailers has gone out every spring since 2004. Click here to see an index of stories by topic through January 2009.
