GearTrends® Fitness '07 magazine "web extra" stories now live!

A bevy of “web extra” stories that accompany several articles in the GearTrends® 2007 Fitness magazine are now live and ready for SNEWS® subscribers to download.

They include:

1. A feature about how women in the outdoor industry decided to start their own association for additional mentoring and networking. It accompanies the magazine story, “Glass Ceiling in an Iron World,” about women in fitness.

2. A summary of the “A-Trainer” equipment now available from a number of suppliers, as well as a short review of a few research studies done on some of these pieces. These accompany the magazine story, “Take the A-Train.”

3. A look at a new device out of Finland that measures the impact of someone’s exercise and assesses how beneficial it is to her bones. This accompanies the magazine story, “Measuring Up.”
