Last year, after being acquired by Active Interest Media in December 2007, SNEWS® launched its first-ever full-fledged survey to ask readers and other industry professionals not only about their satisfaction with SNEWS’ news and design, both in the magazine and online, but also about their needs and satisfaction in general with industry news delivery and their preferences.
Now it’s time for a follow-up survey so we can ask you how we’re doing. The last survey took between 20-30 minutes to complete, and we hope this one will be less than 15 minutes of course. Your input is vital in our continued progress and in our continued dedication to meeting your needs.
The results to our first survey spurred us to embark on our first full-scale magazine redesign – rebranding the GearTrends® magazines to SNEWS, for one — as well as a much-needed revamp of SNEWS online, revealing features and news that had become buried. Plus we have put in place and continue to implement many of your requests and are still focusing on your story interests with every decision.
