As part of the agreement with Outdoor Retailer, Rapid Media agreed to produce a 48-page special New Product Gallery Showcase print edition that was inserted into all the company’s publications distributed at Outdoor Retailer, and also in the Paddle Zone. Every paddlesports exhibitor at Summer Market was invited to participate at no charge in the new product meter board displays that Outdoor Retailer produced, as well as in the new product showcase.

What many of the companies did not expect, however, was to find that same 48-page print magazine turned into a digital flip publication, made available online in mid-October and pushed out via email broadcast to Rapid’s 80,000 consumer visitors — click here to view the digital edition

“This is proof of Outdoor Retailer pushing ROI beyond expectations for our exhibitors,” Kenji Haroutunian, group show director for Outdoor Retailer, told SNEWS®. “Brands in the market want and need to reach consumers with their innovative product and brand stories, and our intention is to expand this kind of benefit to exhibitors in all of the community zones of the show.”
