When it comes to figuring out what’s working and not working in the outdoor industry, speciality retailers have an advantage like nobody else. Our retail community has a firsthand, ground-level view of the good, the bad, and the ugly. They deal with customers and vendors every day, know which products are selling well, and hear the concerns of real people—directly.
Retailers, this is your chance to tell us all of it.
In this short survey, you’ll get an opportunity to comment anonymously on the best and worst companies to do business with, what gear is selling and what simply won’t move, which brands have been the most and least supportive throughout the pandemic, and anything else you’d like the industry to know.
