Swix launches B2B site to benefit its retailers

PlumRiver LLC, the Boston-based provider of software solutions for the sports, footwear and apparel industries, and Swix Sport USA are working together to launch the SwixOnline.com site as an added service to Swix customers across the country. The site will also allow Swix to offer merchandising advice through cross-sell suggestions, as well as special offerings on key promotional products. Swix retailers will also be able to view updated product and pricing information, check individual product availability and track orders. These services will enhance Swix’s existing customer service support on a 24/7 basis. In addition, Swix and PlumRiver will also be providing the Swix sales force with an off-line based version of this B2B software for their laptops. Reps will now be able to get inventory availability, order history and status by territory for their customers to make retailer visits more productive for both parties. SwixOnline.com will be introduced at the upcoming SIA show. Dealers can register on the site at that show to receive a free gift and be eligible to win a free trip to Norway.
