The View recently featured the award-winning LifeSpan TR2000 treadmill for its unique downhill walking feature. Not only is downhill walking excellent for your cardiovascular system, it also provides health benefits that can help reduce the risks and effects associated with diabetes.

PCE Health & Fitness is joining forces with the American Diabetes Association (ADA) to increase awareness of diabetes! The 19th annual Diabetes Alert Day, on March 27, is a one-day awareness effort to educate people of their risk for diabetes. The ADA is asking people to find out if they are at risk for diabetes, by taking a short diabetes risk assessment.
