On Wednesday, November 10, John Mead, president of Adventure 16, will lead a webinar to show how he and his team combined business objectives with a host of key vendors to make a stronger marketing stand than they ever could have acting independently by branding together. All Outdoor University webinar classrooms are scheduled from 2 to 3 p.m. MST.
The Key Vendor Alliance program Mead and the A16 team created in 1997 set a new industry standard for the way retailers and their most meaningful vendors work together to build their brands in the eyes and minds of customers. During the Outdoor University workshop, Mead will share systems and practices A16 has used to develop a synergistic marketing program with 11 of its key vendors. Attendees will learn how to create sustainable methods to effectively and efficiently leverage retail marketing messages alongside important vendor brands.
