Funeral service set for slain fitness store manager

The funeral service for long-time fitness retail manager Gregg Theander has been set for Aug. 19 in Loveland, Colo.

The funeral service for Gregg Theander has been set for 2 p.m., Aug. 19, at the Crossroads Church, 5420 N. Taft Ave, Loveland, Colo. Theander was a a Northern Colorado fitness store manager.

Theander, a regional store manager for the Fort Collins and Loveland locations of HealthStyles Exercise Equipment, was found stabbed to death in his home Aug. 8. Authorities have ruled the death of the 48-year-old a homicide, but said they do not believe the public is in danger. The investigation continues.

HealthStyles co-owner Dave Sheriff said a Gregg Theander Memorial Fund has been established by his family to support the well-being of Theander’s two children – Hope, 10, and Lane, 9.
