Kick off your merchandising inspiration by joining a merchandising tour at Outdoor Retailer Summer Market, led by Robin Enright, SNEWS merchandising editor and founder of Merchandising Matters. Enright scours the show floor looking for merchandising elements done right before leading you on an visually educational journey through ORSM. Details to be explored and discussed include use of:

- signage and graphics
- story telling
Tours will be held on Thursday at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. and last approximately one hour. Merchandising tours are open to all, but do require pre-registration. Tours are sponsored by SNEWS and Outdoor Retailer.

• Seminar: Visual Merchandising is a Seduction: How Sexy Are You?
Enright also will be delivering a seminar titled, “Visual Merchandising is a Seduction: How Sexy Are You?” at ORSM on Friday, Aug. 12, from 12 to 1pm at the Salt Lake Marriott Downtown at City Creek.
Join Enright on a visual journey through interiors, windows and displays that compel customers to stop and explore and learn how you can adapt this experience into your own environment. No vanilla, cookie-cutter display or one-size-fits-all space allowed! This session is part of Outdoor Industry Association’s Outdoor University at Outdoor Retailer educational seminars and is free to everyone.
