Ironwood, MI — Last Friday, droves of Stormy Kromer fans showed up at Sacred Tattoo Studio, in Marquette, MI, for the Caps for Tats event, where 100 of them received Stormy Kromer caps for life with a Stormy Kromer tattoo.

About 50 people were lined up outside the morning of the event waiting for the doors to open. From 10 am to 8:30 pm a team of six tattoo artists, lead by Stormy Kromer ambassador and Sacred Tattoo Studio owner Dan Pemble, inked Original Stormy Kromer tattoos on 100 fans.

“Dan and his team were fantastic, working non-stop and staying late to get as many done as possible,” said Gina Thorsen, president of Stormy Kromer. “The best part of the event was hearing the great stories behind each fan’s reason for getting a Stormy Kromer tattoo.”

Multiple fans got tattoos in honor of family members, including one gentleman who wore his recently deceased twin brother’s cap while receiving a matching tattoo in his honor. The highlight of the day was a marriage proposal that took place after the couple had received matching tattoos.
