3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation and 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material – leaders in the insulation and reflectivity markets – announce new hire, Sae Heung Chang, as Canadian Transnational Accounts Manager, effective immediately.

Sae joins 3M with a strong background in business to business sales, product development and textile engineering. Sae has worked for companies in both Korea and Canada, and when combined with his multilingualism, his skills make him a great asset to the 3M team.

Sae has a Bachelor of Science in Textile Engineering from Yeungnam University in Taegu, Korea and during his recent tenure with Matrox, Sae successfully managed a complex distribution channel and key accounts.



Sae will be responsible for driving the growth of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation and 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material with existing customers and finding new opportunities with those who source their finished products outside of Canada.

Sae resides in Montreal with his wife, An Pham, and is excited to represent 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation, 3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material and other premium 3M products and solutions!
