adidas Outdoor Announces MPR Sales as Midwest Agency for Indiana, Michigan and Ohio

Los Angeles, Calif., April 10, 2014 – adidas Outdoor (adidas.com/us/outdoor), the athletic brand in the outdoors, announces the appointment of MPR Sales as its new sales agency managing accounts in Indiana, Michigan and Ohio. Founder and sales representative Mark Rogers has more than 20 years of experience serving leading brands in the outdoor and sporting goods industries.
“Mark is a dedicated leader, and he is bringing years of success, passion, and experience to the adidas Outdoor brand in this region,” said Larry Harrison, director of sales, adidas Outdoor U.S. “We are confident he will continue to build relationships with specialty outdoor retailers and reinforce our brand and product mission as the athletic brand in the outdoors.”
Based in Ann Arbor, Mich., Rogers has been working with brands in the outdoor category in this territory as both an independent and national sales representative for athletic brands such as New Balance athletic shoes, Saucony Shoes and Hyde Authentic, a division of Saucony Shoes.
“adidas Outdoor features fresh designs and performance technologies that adidas has always been known for,” said Rogers. “I am looking forward to working with both adidas Outdoor and retailers in an effort to attract new and seasoned outdoor adventurers.”
adidas Outdoor, launched in Fall 2011, has 30 sales representatives currently selling product in specialty outdoor retailers across the country.
