Ajanta and Novator form strategic partnership in Amer Sports

Ajanta Oy and Novator announce today a strategic partnership focusing on investing and developing Amer Sports Corporation. Ajanta N.V., a limited liability company registered in Belgium, sells 50% of its existing forward contracts to Novator. As a result of this transaction, the joint ownership increases to 25.17%. The intention of this partnership is to introduce a strong owner in Amer Sports Corporation with the objective of accelerating the growth and transformation of the company.
