Alite Designs Launches the Fresh Air Club to Inspire City-Dwellers to Get Outside

San Francisco, CA – March 25, 2015 —Alite Designs, an outdoor gear company based in San Francisco, is proud to announce the launch of the Fresh Air Club, created to motivate and inspire urbaneers to take part in accessible outdoor adventures. With an abundance of unique spaces and places in the Bay Area, Alite has compiled a list of local outdoor activities as well as group events this spring and summer for club members, as well as numerous campsite giveaways, product discounts and Alite schwag as encouragement for participation.

A Fresh Air Club newsletter will keep club members in the loop on upcoming events and promotions at The Alite Outpost. Rewards for this year are based around Bay Area members, but membership in other states is encouraged, as the program is expected to expand nationwide next year.

“The focus of FAC is based on three main concepts: design, inform and inspire, “ said Alite Designs Cofounder and Creative Director Tae Kim. “It’s been my ultimate goal to create a company that not only designs useful products, but also provides education on how to use them and spend more time outside while doing so. We design outdoor gear and opened The Alite Outpost for education, and now FAC which will bring it all together by inspiring folks to get outdoors and explore.”

Grand Finale Barn Dance

A grand finale barn dance will take place in October 2015 for FAC members who have completed all of the activities and program guidelines. There will be refreshments, barn dancing, and an awards ceremony
