Morro Bay, CA (December 11, 2019)— All Good, makers of premium skincare products and topical mineral sunscreens, begins an aggressive new push into content creation and consumer engagement with the addition of Greg Leschisin as Vice President of Marketing / Executive Creative Director. Leschisin will lead the All Good team in creative strategy and marketing initiatives, including increased digital and social engagement, partner programs, and content creation.
“All Good has always been focused on product transparency,” said Leschisin. “This is something that speaks to me personally because I’ve now fully focused my interest on serving purpose driven and LOHAS (Lifestyle of Health and Sustainability) brands after many years advising mainstream global brands.” Leschisin says there are opportunities to tell the All Good story to a much broader audience, citing a recent study by Sprout Social that states 73% of consumers are willing to spend more on brands that exhibit complete transparency, which, All Good is uniquely poised to deliver.
Leschisin feels so aligned with the All Good brand that he was eager to come on board to formulate strategy from within the ranks, after spending 25+ years on the advertising agency side of the business. Leschisin created regional and global creative communication campaigns for clients such as Major League Baseball, Coca-Cola, Vaseline Intensive Care Lotion, Johnson & Johnson, Volvo, Lowe’s, Go Raw, and New York City Marathon. Leschisin was the architect behind the All Good 2013 brand redesign which began paving the way to his current position.

Before moving to the west coast, Leschisin spent several years on Madison Avenue in New York City creating global brand campaigns at McCann Erickson, the largest ad agency in the world at the time, as well as stints at notable agencies such as Grey NY and Messner Vetere Berger Euro RSCG.
Caroline Duell, All Good founder and CEO, is initially responsible for connecting with Leschisin after working with him for years. “Greg aligns well with both our culture and values,” said Duell. “He brings not only that world-class creative strategy and brand building experience, but he also cares deeply about the role brands play in being good stewards for people and planet. We feel really lucky to have that energy and wealth of expertise helping us little guys keep fighting the good fight.”
In his spare time, Leschisin’s breadth of pursuits run the gamut from shipwreck diving to organic gardening. He’s particularly drawn to high-adrenaline adventures like climbing, trail running, and mountain biking. As a retired nationally ranked ultra-endurance mountain bike racer, he still trains and rides to win, and brings that enthusiasm into every facet of his life and work. Leschisin is a frustrated student of both guitar and piano and is quick to mention that it’s unlikely you’ll ever see him booking any shows in the immediate future–it’s solely the practice that he most enjoys. His love of the outdoors, creativity and environmental responsibility puts him in good company with the All Good team.
