Description: Near Field Communication (NFC) is exploding, and could be in the hands of nearly all smartphone users within the next two years. Learn what is already in place and what is expected to arrive in the way of event technologies utilizing NFC by the year 2015 and how NFC will make events more interactive and increase attendee engagement. In this session, you will focus on:

• Understanding the capabilities and limitations of NFC
• Determining how you should consider using NFC
• Understanding and identifying what event technologies NFC will impact
