OSLO, Norway — Alpine Canada Alpin (ACA) announced today a new outerwear and apparel partnership with Helly Hansen, the leading apparel provider for ski professionals around the world.

Beginning July 2015, Helly Hansen will outfit Canada’s alpine and para-alpine ski teams, including alpine ski star Dustin Cook and para-alpine sensation Mac Marcoux.

“We are excited to be working with Alpine Canada Alpin to help support the Canadian athletes. We design our alpine race apparel and outerwear to give the athlete every advantage possible.” said Paul Stoneham, CEO Helly Hansen. “As the #1 brand with ski professionals around the world, our gear is built to provide ultimate performance in the most demanding conditions.”

ACA staff, coaches, and athletes worked closely with Helly Hansen to select and test each piece of gear for the 2015-16 race season and will continue throughout the partnership to develop next-generation designs.

“ACA is delighted to welcome our newest partner to our alpine and para-alpine ski teams” said Mark Rubinstein, President & CEO of Alpine Canada Alpin. “Helly Hansen has a long standing track-record of excellence in the production of world-leading alpine outerwear and related accessories. Our Athletes, Coaches and Staff look forward to this exciting new relationship with the Helly Hansen Team”.

“I’m really looking forward to working with Helly Hansen getting into some of the most technically advanced training and racing gear out there said Dustin Cook, super-g silver medalist at the 2015 FIS Alpine World Championships.

In October 2015, Helly Hansen will launch an ACA-branded retail collection, featuring ACA apparel, with proceeds benefiting ACA and its athletes. For more information, please visit
