EAST NORWICH, N.Y. – As cell phones become more integral to outdoor recreation, Aquapac, manufacturer of waterproof case and bags, provides innovative safeguarding options to ensure phones get all the protection they need while exposed to the elements.

Case in point: Two new bike-mounted waterproof Aquapac cases designed for smartphones, including iPhones® and various sizes of the Samsung Galaxy®.

Easily attached to handlebars, these fully submersible cases allow riders to keep track of the mapping, their fitness apps, the weather or time. The cases even allow for video recording and photography without being removed from the case.

The two new cases, each with an MSRP of $75, easily affix to a bike’s handlebars without requiring any tools. The mount allows the phone to be swiveled to any position, and provides easy access should riders need to make a call or send a text.

Boaters will be interested in the new cases, too, as they easily attach to helm bars, giving nautical enthusiasts a waterproofed handheld map or navigation device.

Backed by Aquapac’s full five-year warranty, the new bike-mounted cases are available at www.aquapac.net or at outdoor retail shops worldwide. The new cases will be on display at Aquapac’s booth at the Outdoor Retailer Summer show being held next month in Salt Lake City. See Booth 12013
