ARC’TERYX, booth #1019 at Winter Outdoor Retailer, is obsessed with crafting the perfect product. In that context, they will be introducing the new Nuclei AR Jacket, the result of years and years of evolving construction techniques and advancing fabric technologies to achieve the perfect jacket.
Designed specifically for alpine, ice, and expedition climbing the new Nuclei AR Jacket is an all-round belay parka that combines 100 grams of Coreloft™ synthetic insulation with a meticulously seam taped WINDSTOPPER® exterior – blending warmth, water resistance and windproofness into a single jacket that can do it all.
Offering great warmth-to-weight in a highly compressible package, the Nuclei AR Jacket features an athletic, hip length fit to be used with a harness, while still providing ample room and freedom of movement for additional layering.
Streamlined and lightweight, the Helmet Compatible StormHood™ rotates without blocking vision and the visor protects from snow and dripping water. With two insulated, zippered hand pockets to keep belay hands warm, the jacket also includes one internal mesh dump pocket for quick grab items and a stuff sack that can be clipped to your harness for storage.
