Astral Supports Kayak Fishing Community; Announces 2015 Fishing Team and Tournament Partnerships

Expanding its support in the steadfast Kayak Fishing Community, Astral is excited to announce the roster of its 2015 PRO Kayak Fishing Team. This years team has expanded to include anglers from across the country displaying an artful skill in the fast-growing sport.
The 2015 team includes: Mark Patterson (NC), William Ragulsky (VA), Brian ‘Vince’ Vincent (VA), Dee Kaminski (FL), Matt Baden (MD), Mark Lozier (VA), Kris Lozier (NC), Philip Ruckart (NC), Chris Tryon (NC), Tom Fucini (CT), Damon Bungard (TN), Jameson Redding (NC), Christina Weber (FL), William McKenzie (SC), Chris Funk (AL), and Aaron Stiger (OH).
Team members are more than ambassadors of the brand, but are exclusive product testers providing feedback to ensure Astral is making the absolute best lifevests and innovative footwear available for anglers.
In addition to supporting these anglers throughout the season, Astral has paired up with several tournaments taking place across the southeast.
“We’re excited the sport of kayak fishing is growing and proud that we can support the people and events that are surging the growth,” notes Astral Brand Manager, Bryan Owen.Tournaments include: the Adventure Fishing World Championships,the Delaware Paddlesports Kayak Fishing Tournament Series,Triple Crown of Kayak Fishing,the Kayak Angler Tournament Series,the Mid Atlantic Kayak Bass Fishing Series,the Oak Island Classic,Kayak Fishing with the Pros, and the College Kayak Fishing Tournament series.
Astral will be exhibiting for the second consecutive year at ICAST, the world’s largest sportfishing trade show, which takes place this July in Orlando, Florida.
