Atlantis WeatherGear Partners with Backbone Media

Atlantis WeatherGear announces that it has partnered with Backbone Media LLC of Carbondale, Colo. to manage its public relations efforts.

Originally owned and operated by a group of sailors and mountaineers in the 1970’s, the Atlantis brand became well known for integrating ski industry fabrics into performance sailing apparel to create a design aesthetic that was the first of its kind in the industry. The Atlantis name and remaining inventory were purchased in 2006 by a small group of Marblehead-based sailors who embrace the brand’s heritage of innovation to create the best sailing apparel in the world for their friends and fellow sailors.
