Jackson, Wis. (October 6, 2006) – Atwater Carey and Potable Aqua, two popular outdoor health and safety brands, recently finalized a sponsorship agreement with Eric Larsen. Larsen is a respected explorer, educator and writer who recently participated in the One World Expedition, the first-ever summer expedition to the North Pole. As part of the agreement, Larsen will field test Atwater Carey first aid products and Potable Aqua water purification products under extreme conditions during his future expeditions and training sessions. He will also make several public appearances on behalf of the brands each year through 2008.

Eric Larsen has spent his entire life in pursuit of wilderness. With training as both an educator and biologist, Larsen brings a unique blend of experience to his expeditions. He is also a dynamic and animated speaker, who has helped build awareness of numerous environmental issues while transporting his audiences to the most remote corners of the earth.
