Aventura’s Spring ’18 Collection Introduces Fair Trade Certified Styles and Expanded Plus Sizes

Sustainable brand excited to go one step further with Fair Trade Certification and offering styles for all shapes and sizes

Reno, NV – June 27, 2017

Aventura Clothing has taken its longstanding dedication to sustainability a step further in Spring ’18 with the introduction of new styles produced in Fair Trade Certified™ factories. Fair Trade Certified™ factories must adhere to rigorous social, environmental and economic standards to protect the health and safety of the workplace. Additionally, Aventura is debuting an extended plus-size collection that will make many of their most popular styles suitable for women who typically wear sizes up to 22 and 3X.

To launch this initiative, Aventura is debuting 15 new Fair Trade Certified styles including the Valparaiso Dress, Sandpiper Skirt and Stacia Dress. For ladies looking for the perfect festival dress with a bit of modesty, Aventura has designed the sustainable Lenzing modal Valparaiso Dress, an A-line, swingy, spaghetti strap dress that has a modern bandana pattern. The linen-like Sandpiper Skirt is a lined, organic cotton, lightweight skirt with cotton candy-like colors and stripe that is ideal for every day work and play. Amazingly lightweight and a must-have for the steamy summer months, the Stacia Dress is made from Lenzing modal and has a gorgeous drape with a sweet keyhole detail in the back.

Aventura’s plus size collection will be available in 33 styles, sizes 1x – 3x and 18 – 22, and will include tops, shorts, capris, skirts and dresses. Popular styles like the organic cotton Arden V2 Capri, which is a modern, sleeker version of the brand’s number one selling Arden Capri will be included, as well as feminine styles such as the organic cotton, Japanese-inspired Yardley Dress and floral Glenrose Tank.
