STEAMBOAT SPRINGS, Colorado (July 16, 2014) — Last week at the OutDoor trade show in Friedrichshafen, Germany, Big Agnes won a coveted INDUSTRY AWARD for its Fly Creek UL2 tent. This award is the fourth recognition for the Fly Creek tent series, including Backpacker Magazine’s Editors’ Choice Award and Outside Magazine’s Gear of the Year.

The Fly Creek UL2 tent is a compact, double-walled, free-standing structure that weighs 1lb 15oz. The three-season tent features a DAC Featherlite NFL pole system with press fit connectors and lightweight hubs made with an eco-friendly anodizing process. The ultralight nylon rip-stop floor and fly have a 1200mm waterproof polyurethane coating and the mesh body offers excellent ventilation.
