Blue Creative Group Expands Team to Support Growing Client Roster

Newburyport, Massachusetts (March 12, 2020) — Blue Creative Group is excited to announce that Kelly Blake has joined its team as executive vice president to help support the growing roster of clients and additional projects.

Blue has enjoyed a slate of new business, launching partnerships with a variety of brands that include Sufferfest Beer Company, All Hands Alliance, Emergent International Payment Systems​, and ​an IT recruitment company S2 Staffing. These clients are the most recent additions, following on the heels of new work for Sirena Yachts, Fertility Miracles, and Venuetize.

Blake brings years of experience to her new role, including creating traditional media strategies, marketing, events, retailer and consumer promotions, chiefly in the sports, outdoors, and health and wellness industries. She has made her name time and again by listening to clients and tailoring campaigns and services to meet their specific goals. In her spare time, she co-founded The Plastic Impact Alliance, which was built on the pledge of ending the use of single-use plastic at outdoor-industry events.

Prior to Blue, Kelly was a Vice President at Catapult Creative Labs, the marketing agency for Active Interest Media. Before that, she was an Executive Director at Golin, a global IPG communications agency, taking the lead on the Clif Bar & Company brand and client work for the consumer practice in the San Francisco office. She also spent ten years divided between Verde Brand Communications and Outside PR where she was a director overseeing client strategies and business development.
