USA BABY gives out five Vendor of the Year Awards annually, with each corresponding to a specific materials category. BOB was announced as the winner of the USA BABY Vendor of the Year Award in the “Metals” category on Saturday, September 8.

To determine the award recipient, USA BABY asked all of their franchisees – totaling more than 55 – to submit their votes based on the company’s quality of merchandise, customer service, USA BABY loyalty, shipping, communication and profit margin.
